Move, rotate, and combine familiar objects between a lantern and the screen. When their silhouettes align with the glowing guide, a useful shadow comes alive and carries the story forward.
Fifteen main stories
Build a moonlight bridge, catch a falling star, wake a winter garden, repair the night sky, and uncover more gentle miracles. Every main story remains free to play.
Pip's hidden journey
The optional one-time Pip's Homecoming purchase unlocks three Hidden Paths—nine additional story games—and removes advertising.
Story and Challenge modes
Follow the journey at your pace, or race the lantern clock and earn Speed Stars by solving each scene with precision.
Helpful keepsakes
Earn Lumens, call on Guiding Sparks, and use Moon Sand when a puzzle needs one more moment of light.
Optional sharing
Create a keepsake card and open the system share sheet only when you choose. Sharing is never required to complete the journey.
A hidden path
Guide Pip toward the window that remembers.
After a storm leaves Pip alone beneath unfamiliar trees, each newly discovered path brings back a trace of home. Help him gather strength, cross the white mountains, follow a remembered scent, and reach the person who never stopped waiting.
Completion times, stars, resources, and discoveries remain on the device, so the journey can continue without an account or a network connection.

Shadow Tales follows the device language by default. English is used when the system language is not supported, and players can choose a language at any time in Settings.

Your progress stays on your device.
Shadow Tales requires no Velunor account. The free experience uses Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads, and Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt controls whether personalized tracking signals are enabled.
