Overview
Velunor LLC ("Velunor," "we," "us," or "our") develops and publishes games for Apple platforms. This policy describes this website and our current game, Shadow Tales. Shadow Tales does not require a Velunor account. Future games may use different features or services; when they do, we will publish the relevant privacy information before release.
This website
This is a static informational website. Velunor does not place advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or cross-site tracking technologies on it. Our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, may process standard technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the site under its own applicable terms.
If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, provide support, maintain appropriate business records, and protect against abuse. We retain correspondence only as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
Shadow Tales
Shadow Tales stores progress, stars, completion times, in-game resources, hidden-path state, and language, audio, tutorial, and play-mode preferences locally on the device. The current release has no Velunor account, game backend, or Velunor cloud-save service and does not transmit this game state to Velunor.
When a player chooses to share, the game creates a temporary screenshot and localized message and opens the operating system share sheet. Velunor does not receive the shared content, selected destination, recipients, or account details. A completion or cancellation response is used only to show the correct local result and apply any disclosed in-game reward.
The free version uses Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads for occasional interstitial and optional rewarded advertising. Those providers may process device and app identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, advertising and product interaction information, purchase-related signals, technical device information, and performance information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and related service operation. Personalized tracking and advertising signals are enabled only when Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission is authorized.
Shadow Tales offers Pip's Homecoming as an optional one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase. Apple, StoreKit, and Unity IAP process the product, transaction, and entitlement information needed to complete and restore the purchase. Velunor does not receive full payment-card or bank-account details.

Advertising, store, and external services
Shadow Tales includes the advertising and store services described above. Apple may independently process App Store, purchase, crash, device-backup, and platform diagnostic information according to your settings and Apple's privacy practices. Unity and its advertising partners process information under their own privacy policies.
Data sale and disclosure
Velunor does not directly sell personal information that you provide to Velunor. When permitted by your choices and applicable law, Shadow Tales advertising providers may use or share identifiers and interaction information for cross-context behavioral advertising or advertising measurement. You can control Apple's tracking permission in device Settings; when it is denied, restricted, or undetermined, the game uses less-personalized advertising signals. We may disclose information you send us if required by law, to protect legal rights and security, or to service providers that process business correspondence on our behalf under appropriate obligations.
Children
Shadow Tales is a general-audience game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. It does not require an account or the submission of a name or email address to play. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information directly to Velunor, contact us so we can address the request.
Your choices and rights
You can decline or manage Apple's tracking permission in device Settings, decline optional sharing, restore eligible purchases, and remove local game data by deleting the game, subject to any device backup retained under your Apple account settings. Tracking permission affects ad personalization and tracking, but does not remove advertising from the free version. Requests concerning information held by Apple, Unity, or an advertising partner must also be directed to that provider.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to personal information Velunor holds about your support or business correspondence, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Contact us to make a request. We may need enough information to verify and fulfill it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our games, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will publish game-specific disclosures for future titles when their data practices differ.
