Please include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version, Pack It Pretty version, selected language, the level or screen involved, and a short description of the issue. A screenshot is useful when appropriate.

How do I complete a bag?

Drag each required item inside the usable bag area and keep items from overlapping. Rotate an item to use narrow spaces and edges more efficiently. When everything fits, the Close button becomes available. There is no single required arrangement.

An item will not stay where I place it

The item may overlap another object or extend outside the bag boundary. Move it farther inside, rotate it, or make room by repositioning nearby items. The game returns invalid placements to a safe position so you can keep experimenting.

The Close button is not available

Check that every required item is fully inside the bag and that no two items overlap. A subtle boundary or overlap highlight identifies the area that still needs attention. Any collision-free layout that fits can be closed.

What are Good, Great, and Perfect Packs?

Every valid closed bag succeeds. The result also considers compactness and visual order: a loose arrangement can be a Good Pack, while an efficient, neatly aligned arrangement may become Great or Perfect. A lower rating never blocks progression.

How do Packing Blueprints work?

A Blueprint shows one complete example arrangement with translucent silhouettes. It is optional guidance, not a hidden required answer. If you have no stored hints, the game may offer an optional rewarded ad. A hint is spent only after a valid Blueprint is shown.

What are gold challenge levels?

Challenges are optional branches on the journey map. They add a time or move limit and never block the main journey. If a limit ends, you can retry for free, return to the map, use a Challenge Save, or watch an available rewarded ad for an extension.

Progress or settings did not persist

Return to the journey map after completing the current action, then close the app normally. Confirm that the device has available storage. Progress is stored locally, so deleting the app removes its local game state unless it is restored through a device backup.

The language is not what I expected

Open Settings and choose a display language. Pack It Pretty supports English, Japanese, French, Spanish, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Text that has not yet been localized falls back to English.

Audio or haptics are not working

Check the game settings, device volume, Silent Mode, and system haptic settings. Fully close and reopen the app if the issue continues. Some iPad models and device settings may provide different haptic behavior.

Sharing does not open or complete

Sharing is optional and uses the system share sheet. Confirm that at least one compatible destination is available, then try again. Cancelling does not change your progress or result. You can complete every bag without sharing.

Why am I seeing ads?

The free experience uses low-frequency automatic breaks after natural progression moments and optional rewarded ads for hints, challenge extensions, and temporary journey access. Ads do not interrupt an active packing puzzle. Eligible permanent purchases remove automatic breaks; optional rewarded ads remain available.

Advertising privacy choices

Before ads initialize, the game asks you to choose Personalized Ads or Less Personalized Ads. On iPhone and iPad, selecting Personalized Ads also opens Apple's tracking permission prompt when required. If permission is declined, restricted, or not determined, advertising uses less-personalized signals. Your choice can be revisited in Settings and does not block gameplay.

A rewarded ad is unavailable

Rewarded ads depend on network access, regional availability, provider inventory, and delivery limits. Try again later. If no ad is available, no hint or challenge inventory is spent. Normal levels remain playable, and challenge retries remain free.

What can I purchase?

The store may offer a permanent Full Journey unlock, a no-ads option or qualifying upgrade, and consumable packs of Packing Blueprints or Challenge Saves. Products and localized prices are shown by the App Store before purchase. Pack It Pretty does not offer a subscription.

Restore permanent purchases

Open the in-game store and select Restore Purchases while signed in to the same App Store account used for the original purchase. Permanent, non-consumable entitlements can be restored. Consumable hint and Challenge Save packs are fulfilled when purchased and are not restored as past purchases.

A purchase did not complete

Confirm that the device is online and signed in to the intended App Store account, then restart the game. Use Restore Purchases for a missing permanent entitlement. For billing, refund, or payment-method questions, use Apple Support; Velunor does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details.

Privacy and data deletion

No Velunor account is required. Game progress and preferences are stored on the device. Deleting the app removes that local data, subject to device backups. Advertising and store providers process limited information under their own policies. Read the Pack It Pretty Privacy Policy for details and choices.
