Overview
Velunor LLC ("Velunor," "we," "us," or "our") develops and publishes Pack It Pretty. The game works without a Velunor account, a Velunor-operated game server, or a Velunor cloud-save service. Game progress remains on the device. Third-party advertising and store services process limited information as described below.
This policy applies to the Pack It Pretty mobile game, its product and support pages on this website, and support messages sent to Velunor about the game.
Information stored on your device
Pack It Pretty stores game progress, entitlements, inventory, and preferences locally on your device. This may include completed and unlocked levels, collection totals, first-clear status, challenge progress, temporary journey access, hint and Challenge Save balances, permanent purchase status, fulfilled-transaction markers, tutorial status, advertising privacy choice, language, audio settings, and related gameplay state.
This information is used to continue your journey, apply your choices, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and operate game features. The current release does not provide a Velunor cloud-save service and does not transmit this game state to a Velunor-operated server. Your operating system may include application data in a device backup according to your device and backup settings.
The game contains a privacy-safe analytics interface, but Velunor does not enable a first-party or third-party gameplay analytics provider in the current release. Advertising and store SDKs may still process events and technical information necessary for their services as explained below.
Advertising and third-party processing
Pack It Pretty uses Unity LevelPlay mediation and participating advertising sources, including Unity Ads, to provide low-frequency interstitial ads between natural progression moments and optional rewarded ads for features such as Packing Blueprints, challenge extensions, and temporary journey access. Ads do not interrupt an active packing puzzle.
Velunor does not operate its own behavioral advertising system. Unity and participating advertising partners may process information to request, select, deliver, limit, secure, personalize where permitted, and measure ads, and to operate and improve their services. Depending on the provider, ad, device settings, region, and privacy choices, this may include:
- device or app identifiers, including an advertising identifier only when access is permitted;
- IP address and IP-derived approximate location;
- app, session, ad-impression, click, completion, reward, and interaction information;
- purchase or monetization signals associated with the app;
- device language, manufacturer, model, operating system, screen characteristics, and connection type; and
- SDK performance, diagnostics, fraud-prevention, and security information.
Some information may be associated with an app installation or device. When authorized, an advertising identifier may be used by advertising partners for cross-app advertising, attribution, or measurement. The advertising providers that receive a particular ad request may vary by region and inventory.

Advertising privacy choices and Apple permission
Before the advertising SDK initializes, Pack It Pretty asks you to choose Personalized Ads or Less Personalized Ads. You can revisit this choice from the game's Settings screen. Selecting Less Personalized Ads tells the advertising service to limit personalization under the controls implemented by the game. You may still receive contextual or less-personalized ads, and providers may still process limited information needed for ad delivery, frequency control, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.
On iPhone and iPad, selecting Personalized Ads requests Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission when the system reports that a request is available. Personalized tracking signals are enabled only when supported by your in-game choice and Apple's authorization. If you decline, if permission is restricted, or if the status remains undetermined, the game does not enable personalized tracking signals through that authorization. Your choice does not affect access to core gameplay.
You can manage Apple's tracking permission in iOS or iPadOS Settings. Unity may also provide privacy controls within an ad. Device or provider choices may apply in addition to the in-game setting.
Pack It Pretty does not request camera, microphone, Contacts, Photos, or precise-location permission for advertising. An advertising provider may nevertheless infer an approximate location from an IP address.
In-app purchases
Pack It Pretty offers optional in-app purchases. Depending on the storefront configuration available to you, these may include non-consumable permanent journey or no-ads entitlements and consumable packs of Packing Blueprints or Challenge Saves. The game does not offer a subscription.
Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pack It Pretty uses Unity IAP and Apple's StoreKit services to request product information, begin purchases, confirm transaction and entitlement status, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and restore eligible non-consumable purchases. Apple and Unity may process transaction identifiers, product identifiers, receipts, purchase or restoration status, and related technical information for these purposes.
Velunor does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details. Apple may provide developers with purchase and refund receipt information that does not itself include your full payment details. Optional system sharing
If you choose Share, Pack It Pretty creates a temporary image of your result and prepares localized text, then asks the operating system to open its share sheet. You decide whether to share, which available destination to use, and whether to cancel.
Velunor does not receive the image, message, selected destination, recipient, or account information through this feature. The game does not require sharing for progression. If you send content to another application or service, that provider processes it under its own privacy practices. The temporary image is created in the app's temporary cache and may be removed by the operating system or when app data is cleared.
Children's privacy
Pack It Pretty is a general-audience game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. It does not require a child or any other player to create a Velunor account, provide a name or email address, or submit personal information to play. Advertising providers may apply age- and region-appropriate controls under their own policies and applicable law.

Your choices, rights, and data deletion
You can avoid optional sharing by not selecting Share or by cancelling the system share sheet. You can change the in-game advertising privacy choice from Settings, manage Apple's tracking permission in device Settings, and use privacy controls made available by an advertising provider. You can also avoid optional rewarded ads and in-app purchases.
Local game data can be removed by deleting the app, subject to any device backup retained under your Apple account settings. Reinstalling the game does not guarantee recovery of local progress. Eligible non-consumable purchases can be requested again through Restore Purchases while using the same App Store account; previously consumed items are not restored.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, deletion, correction, portability, objection, restriction, or opting out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information. Because Velunor does not maintain a player account or receive the advertising provider's device-level profile, some requests about advertising data must be made directly through Unity's or another provider's privacy tools. You may still contact us, and we will respond or direct the request as appropriate.
Data retention, security, and international processing
Local game data remains on the device until it is changed through gameplay, reset, removed by deleting the app, or handled through a device backup. Support emails and appropriate business records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Third-party providers determine retention periods for information they process under their own policies. Those providers may process information in the United States and other countries, subject to the safeguards and legal mechanisms described in their policies.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures for information under our control, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
This website and support email
This is a static informational website. Velunor does not place advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or cross-site tracking technology on it. Our hosting and network provider may process standard technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site under its own terms.
If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, provide support, keep appropriate business records, and protect against abuse. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if Pack It Pretty, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will post updates at this URL and update App Store disclosures when required.
