Include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version, Busmello version, selected language, level number, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot or short screen recording is useful when appropriate.

How do I play?

Tap the vehicle at the front of any lane to move it into an open pickup bay. Exposed passengers of the same color board automatically. A full vehicle leaves and frees its bay. Clear every passenger to complete the level.

Why can I not tap a vehicle?

Only the front vehicle in each lane is available. Vehicles behind it remain blocked until the ones ahead move. If every pickup bay is occupied, no additional vehicle can enter until a parked vehicle fills and leaves.

Why did the level end?

If all pickup bays are occupied and none of the parked vehicles can take an exposed passenger, the station is deadlocked. Select Retry Level and change the order in which you choose the front vehicles.

My progress or settings did not persist

Finish the current action, return to the level map, and close the app normally. Confirm that the device has available storage. Progress, best scores, language, and audio choices are stored locally; deleting the app removes this local data, subject to device backups.

Change language, music, or sound

Open Settings from the game screen. Busmello supports English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, and German. Music and sound effects have separate controls and update immediately.

The game has no sound

Check Busmello's Music and Sound Effects settings, device volume, Silent Mode, and any connected Bluetooth audio device. Fully close and reopen the game if the issue continues.

What does the full-game purchase include?

The first 10 levels are included. One non-consumable purchase unlocks levels 11–60. Busmello has no ads, subscriptions, energy limits, or other in-app purchases. The App Store shows the localized price before you confirm.

Restore the full-game unlock

Open Busmello Settings, choose Unlock Full Game, then select Restore Purchase while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Apple permits eligible non-consumable purchases to be restored without buying them again. Read Apple's restore guidance.

The purchase is pending or unavailable

A pending purchase may be waiting for parental or account approval. If the store is unavailable, confirm your connection and Apple Account, restart the device, and try later. Busmello cannot approve Ask to Buy requests or change App Store payment settings.

I was charged but the game is still locked

First use Restore Purchase with the same Apple Account. If the unlock still does not appear, email Velunor with the Busmello version and the approximate purchase date—never your full card number. For billing or refund requests, use Apple's Report a Problem service.

Privacy and data deletion

No Velunor account is required. Local gameplay data can be removed by deleting Busmello, subject to device backups. Purchase records are handled by Apple and Unity IAP under their policies. Read the Busmello Privacy Policy for the complete disclosure.
