Busmello Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to information when you play Busmello, make or restore its optional full-game purchase, or contact Velunor for support.

1. Scope and data controller

This policy applies to the Busmello mobile game, bundle identifier com.velunor.busmello, and Busmello support communications. Velunor LLC (“Velunor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is responsible for the data practices described here. Apple and Unity act under their own privacy terms for the store and in-app purchasing services they provide.

2. Information stored locally

Busmello stores the following game state in the app's local storage on your device:

  • current and unlocked level numbers;
  • best scores for completed levels;
  • music and sound-effect preferences;
  • selected display language; and
  • a local entitlement flag after the App Store confirms or restores the full-game purchase.

Velunor does not operate an account system or cloud-save server for Busmello and does not receive this local gameplay data. Your operating system or personal device backup may copy app data according to the backup settings you control.

Busmello does not request access to your camera, microphone, Contacts, Photos, or precise location. We do not configure a separate advertising or analytics SDK, and the game does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission.

3. Optional purchase and service-provider data

Busmello includes one optional non-consumable purchase that unlocks levels 11–60. The purchase is offered through Apple's In-App Purchase system using Unity In-App Purchasing 5.4.3. The store services initialize so they can retrieve the product, display the localized price, recognize an existing entitlement, and support purchase restoration.

Apple App Store

Apple processes Apple Account, payment, purchase, download, device, network, security, and fraud-prevention information under the App Store & Privacy notice. Apple processes payment credentials; Velunor does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details.

Unity In-App Purchasing

Unity states that IAP 5.4 and later collects default technical data required for the service: Player ID, Unity Installation ID, device information, session IDs, and country. Busmello does not provide Unity IAP with an email address, custom user ID, linked third-party analytics identifier, or advertising identifier. Velunor uses purchase product, status, transaction, receipt, and entitlement information only to offer the product, complete or restore the unlock, respond to purchase problems, maintain the integrity of the game, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We do not use purchase data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

4. Information you send to support

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as device model, operating-system version, app version, selected language, level number, screenshots, or a description of the problem. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and improve Busmello. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

5. When information is disclosed

Velunor does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed:

  • to Apple and Unity as described above so the optional purchase can function;
  • to vendors that provide business email or infrastructure, subject to appropriate obligations;
  • when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request;
  • to protect players, Velunor, or others from fraud, security threats, or harm; or
  • as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and continued protection.

6. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until it is overwritten, reset, or removed. Deleting Busmello removes its local app storage, subject to copies in device backups. Reinstalling the game may not restore local level progress, but an eligible full-game purchase can be restored from Apple using the same Apple Account.

Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, keep an appropriate business record, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Apple and Unity retain information under their own policies and legal requirements. Requests concerning data controlled by those providers should be directed to them.

7. Children's privacy

Busmello does not require an account, include chat or social features, serve advertising, or intentionally ask players to submit personal information. The optional purchase is controlled by the App Store and may be subject to family approval settings. If you believe a child sent personal information directly to Velunor through support, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

You can change language and audio settings in the game, remove local app data by deleting Busmello, decline the optional purchase, and use App Store controls for purchases and family approval. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or an appeal concerning personal data Velunor controls. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Because Busmello has no Velunor account and we receive very limited data, we may not be able to identify local gameplay data or provider-controlled records from your email address. We will explain this if it affects a request.

9. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the limited information we handle. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Velunor is based in the United States, and support information may be processed there or wherever our providers operate, with protections required by applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Busmello's features, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. We will post the revised policy at this URL and change the date above. If a change is material and an in-game notice is appropriate, we will provide one.
